Are you experienced in HVAC? We are seeking HVAC service technicians with experience in residential, light commercial, and/or heavy commercial markets to work with advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment.

We offer factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA), with milestone recognition, monetary rewards, career advancement, and increased incentives for successful pull-through work. We provide top-tier technology, equipment, uniforms, tools, and a vehicle to support your work, with a primary focus on safety.

Applicants should be skilled craftsmen with a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, or mechanical equipment service. Passing a skills examination may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement on commercial heating and cooling systems.

How You Will Do It:

• Utilize factory training and certification programs to ensure high standards of service.
• Work on advanced commercial HVACR equipment, including centrifugal, steam turbines, absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers, and ammonia systems.

What We Look For:

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least two (2) years of commercial or industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience
• Ability to obtain a 30-hour OSHA certification post-hire, working after hours and weekends if necessary
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Five (5) years of relevant HVAC experience in commercial or industrial settings
• Refrigeration Certification
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
