Job summary

A local propane company in Idaho is seeking an HVAC and propane technician. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, preferably as HVAC journeymen. The role requires the ability to design and install propane systems, as well as excellent communication skills. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain an Idaho Class A or B CDL with hazmat tanker endorsement. The position involves outdoor work in all weather conditions and requires passing a physical exam and drug test.

Job Related Qualifications

• Ideal candidates would have technical skills as a HVAC and propane technician. HVAC or specialty journeyman preferred. Consideration will be given to all candidates demonstrating an ability and desire to learn the trade.
• Candidates seeking the upper end of the pay scale would have the ability to design and install propane systems and preform job estimates. Knowledge of codes and regulations is required.
• Must have or be able to obtain an Idaho Class A or B CDL with hazmat tanker endorsement. Preference given to candidates who already have these endorsements.
• Individuals must have excellent communication skills, be cordial, be courteous, professional, and motivated.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must pass a job‑related pre‑employment physical exam and drug screening test.
