Qualifications

• 5 years demonstrated experience in commercial HVAC project sales, estimating, installation supervision, or project management.
• Strong customer communication skills and ability to translate technical recommendations into business value.
• Ability to develop estimates, purchase equipment, and manage subcontractors.
• Experience coordinating projects from initial request through invoicing and close.
• Willingness to travel locally and maintain a company vehicle.
• Licenses/certifications in HVAC contexts preferred.
