Job summary

Enervise, LLC is seeking a Controls Technician to install, program, commission, and service Building Automation Systems for commercial facilities in Cincinnati. You will diagnose issues, configure controllers, sensors, networks, and field devices to improve comfort, energy efficiency, and performance.

This role requires 3+ years in BAS or HVAC controls, ability to read wiring diagrams, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Building Automation Systems or HVAC controls.
• Ability to read control drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC control systems and BAS equipment.
• Program, configure, and commission BAS systems as assigned.
• Diagnose system performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Configure controllers, sensors, actuators, networks, and field devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance, testing, and optimization activities.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, drawings, and sequences of operation.
• Support energy savings, comfort, and operational improvements.
• Document work performed and project updates accurately.
• Train customers on system functionality and best practices as appropriate.
