Job summary

KAR & Larrabee Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to lead HVAC projects from conception through commissioning. You will coordinate design, procurement, field operations, and commissioning while ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and specifications.

You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, supervise field supervisors, and maintain documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in HVAC or construction.
• Proficiency in PM software and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
• Oversee HVAC design, engineering, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Allocate resources including materials, labor and equipment.
• Monitor budgets, bid reviews, and vendor agreements.
• Maintain client communications and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Close out projects with punch lists and documentation.
