CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in San Antonio, TX. This role leads commercial HVAC projects from planning to closeout, coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and cost reporting while ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial HVAC projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and codes.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project schedules.
• Proficiency in reviewing invoices, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line representative with general contractors and project stakeholders.
• Schedule, plan, and oversee material and equipment ordering.
• Review project costs, budgets, and reports for accuracy.
• Approve and process contracts, invoices, and payments.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractor work related to HVAC systems.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications and codes.
• Oversee project closeout, including final inspections and documentation.
