Job summary

AIR Control Concepts is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects related to HVAC systems. The position is located in Annapolis Junction, MD, and offers a salary range of $60-70k. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Engineering or related field, HVAC knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical contracting with emphasis on HVAC equipment, replacement equipment, and parts.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage high volume projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
• Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams.
• Develop and grow relationships with customers, contractors, and project engineers.
• Communicate with team members, customers, and factories regarding project details.
