Job summary

MPSW, a leading HVAC solutions provider in Arizona, seeks a Project Manager/Estimator to coordinate submittals, pricing, and ship dates across multiple projects. You will work closely with Sales, Customers, and Manufacturers in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years PM experience in HVAC/estimating or 7–10 years education/experience, strong MS Office and CAD skills, and the ability to manage priorities and communicate

Qualifications

• 3–5 years PM experience in HVAC/estimating/construction mgmt or 7–10 years combined education/experience.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation for fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submittals, equipment selection, pricing and ship dates for each project.
• Maintain project files and organize data for order entry.
• Communicate with owners, architects, MEP consultants and contractors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with customers, manufacturers, and project engineers.
