Job summary

Texas AirSystems is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator in Texas to coordinate submittals, equipment selection, pricing and ship dates for each project. You will work with the Sales Team, Customers and Manufacturers to ensure timely completion and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and typically 3–5 years of PM experience in HVAC or related settings; CAD and MS Office proficiency are important.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; typically 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in HVAC or related environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage high-volume projects; good written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job files for each project throughout its duration.
• Optimize the project through product selection, specifications, plans, estimates, proposals, value engineering and redesigns.
• Manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
• Communicate with owners, architects, MEP consultants and contractors.
• Organize project data for order entry.
• Respond to and track IOM & Submittal requests.
• Read and interpret building plans & specifications.
• Develop and grow relationships with customers, contractors, project engineers and manufacturers.
• Determine project requirements, constraints, and sales team responsibilities to meet customer system design and maintenance expectations.
