GSM Services in the Greater Charlotte area seeks an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead full-cycle commercial construction projects within a 50‑mile radius of Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes teamwork, delivering high-quality results, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Commercial HVAC Project Management experience.
• Associate Degree in related field (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License with safe driving record.
• Proficient in scheduling software and CAD.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Experience developing HVAC/mechanical designs and specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle commercial HVAC construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and project KPIs.
• Review drawings, specifications, and field measurements to ensure accuracy and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, field teams, and customers to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and report status to Senior Project Manager.
• Ensure Quality Assurance standards are met on all projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
