Qualifications

• 4+ years of Commercial HVAC Project Management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and CAD apps.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle commercial HVAC construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and project KPIs.
• Review drawings, specifications, and field measurements for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, field teams, and customers to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and report status to Senior Project Manager.
• Ensure Quality Assurance standards on all projects.
