Job Title: HVAC Project Manager

Location: West Allis, WI

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager with experience in new construction project management. The ideal candidate will lead HVAC projects ranging from small to large-scale commercial installations up to $3 million or more. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
2. Plan, organize, and manage HVAC construction projects from inception to completion.
3. Lead project teams, including superintendents, foremen, and technicians.
4. Establish project objectives, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with company and contract standards.
5. Budgeting & Financials:
6. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates.
7. Prepare and track financial reports, ensuring budget goals are met.
8. Monitor project work in progress (WIP) and adjust project execution as needed.
9. Scheduling & Coordination:
10. Collaborate with project teams to create project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
11. Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor activities, and job site logistics.
12. Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
13. Client Relations & Communication:
14. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing project updates, concerns, and change orders.
15. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality service.
16. Compliance & Quality Control:
17. Ensure all work complies with industry codes and company safety policies.
18. Conduct site inspections to maintain high project standards and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HVAC project management experience in new construction.
• Proven track record managing projects up to $3 million or more.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, and industry codes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
