Position: Deputy Project Manager

Join our DDI team to develop a case management system for a social services agency client.

Responsibilities

1. Work under the guidance of the Project Manager and serve as the Project Manager when needed.
2. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project functions.
3. Represent the project team professionally in client discussions, fostering positive relationships.
4. Lead and facilitate project meetings, coordinate cross-functional teams.
5. Support contract administration, change management, and project scheduling.
6. Monitor project progress, identify issues, and propose adjustments.
7. Lead project reporting, performance metrics, and review work products.
8. Coordinate risk, issue, and decision logs; assist in risk management strategies.
9. Manage timekeeping, onboarding/offboarding, and documentation repositories.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in client implementations and using Microsoft Project.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with social services projects is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work remotely and align with US Central Time hours.
• Willingness to travel quarterly.
