gpac is recruiting an HVAC Project Manager for a local mechanical contractor in Salt Lake City. The role oversees design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems, coordinating with clients, architects and engineers to meet project requirements.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and team activities, conduct site visits, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing HVAC design, installation and maintenance on multiple projects.
• Able to coordinate with clients, architects and engineers to meet project needs.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines and schedules.
