System Service & Engineering, a Fidelity Company, is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to lead mechanical projects in Lynn Haven, FL. You will oversee multi-phase work, coordinate across departments, and mentor junior staff to deliver on-time results.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in mechanical/HVAC project management.
• Strong mechanical plan/spec and design-build background.
• Proficiency with job costing software and project financial tracking.
• In-depth understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chilled water loops and refrigerant flow.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of mechanical/HVAC projects from turnover to closeout.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure alignment.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate resources across departments.

• Manage project financials including forecasting, ECAC, and cash flow.
• Prepare and submit AIA invoices, RFIs, and change orders.
