Job summary

frēijē Engineered Solutions Company in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction initiatives from setup through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, submittals, and vendor relations, translating plans into installation actions and ensuring contract compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain project records, and drive on-time delivery while staying current with industry software and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Certification, professional license, or credential preferred.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience required.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• PMP or B.S. Construction Management preferred; Mechanical Engineering-related experience may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial accountability for construction projects and deliverables.
• Project setup (job add, submittals, project plan, etc.).
• Ordering equipment and materials; vendor coordination.
• Developing schedules based on estimate; maintain timeline.
• Administration of job site records and closeout documents.
• Produce or price change orders as needed.
• Ownership of project management systems; ensure data accuracy.
• Read blueprints and translate plans into installation.
• Read and understand legal contracts; ensure compliance.
