Job summary

Nationwide Realty Investors seeks a Project Coordinator, Facilities in Columbus to plan, coordinate and supervise major HVAC and electrical projects across data centers and commercial properties. You will lead a small team, ensure safety, and manage documentation per NFPA/NETA/IEEE/AIA standards.

The role requires eight or more years in electrical and mechanical maintenance, licenses in hydronics, electrical, fire alarm and HVAC, plus a proactive approach to operations and emergency response.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial and multi-family HVAC systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with TRANE controls.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced HVAC service, diagnostics, repair, and support for commercial and multi-family properties.
• Leads, mentors, and supports a team of HVAC technicians (three direct reports) with anticipated growth.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinates installation, testing, maintenance and operation of electrical/HVAC systems and data center components.
• Responds to emergencies 24x7 and supports staffing and process improvements.
