Nationwide is seeking an HVAC Service Building Manager to lead maintenance and service operations for commercial properties in the Arena District, Columbus, Ohio. This hands-on leader will drive technical excellence, safety, and strong team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Eight years of relevant facility maintenance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or technical certification is preferred.
• Certifications such as Level I Vibration Analyst and Thermographer; relevant HVAC licenses.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan budgets, manage safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leads a staff of facilities maintenance supervisors and workers.
• Directs grounds care and equipment maintenance and support.
• Manages electrical systems and HVAC lifecycle maintenance and upgrades.
• Oversees janitorial and yard labor functions.
• Develops procedures to minimize property management expenses.
• Implements safety policies and procedures across the team.
• Plans budgets and negotiates outside contractor services and products.
• Supports strategic facility maintenance objectives.
