Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–5 years related experience in HVAC/R manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and reports.
• Monitor and communicate project status, issues and developments.
• Lead or participate in design efforts; apply CAD tools for structural design.
• Evaluate feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements from customer data.
• Prepare bids and contract documents; ensure documentation aligns with policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures.
