QuesTec St. Louis is seeking an experienced full-time HVAC Project Coordinator who can drive projects from initial conversation to completion while coordinating field teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will work with the Service Manager, identify opportunities for additional work, and help grow the business. Must pass a background check and drug screening; HVAC knowledge is preferred.

• Reliability and consistency in performance.
• HVAC knowledge or familiarity preferred.

MAKE AN IMPACT ON EVERY PROJECT

As our HVAC Project Coordinator, you will serve as a key resource for both customers and field personnel while helping keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish. You will work alongside the Service Manager to provide technical support in the field, coordinate project details, communicate with customers and team members, and help identify opportunities for additional work. You will build strong relationships, help solve challenges as they arise, and contribute to successful project outcomes while playing an important role in supporting the continued growth of our business.
