Job summary

AllState Career School in West Mifflin, PA seeks an experienced HVAC Program Director to lead the HVAC program full-time, reporting to the Dean/Director of Education. You will manage curriculum, faculty development, and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.

As program leader, you will set goals, monitor student outcomes, coordinate scheduling, and partner with admissions and industry to drive program quality. Some evening and Saturday hours are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of HVAC/R program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or a Diploma.
• EPA Universal certification (preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of full-time HVAC/R experience beyond training.
• Postsecondary teaching experience of at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the HVAC program, reporting to the Dean/Director of Education.
• Teach within the assigned discipline and develop faculty and student outcomes.
• Coordinate and administer the academic program to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
