You will operate with cutting-edge technology and support a team dedicated to customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy in material pre-measurement, and on-time service delivery in a dynamic building products environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA 608 certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Trade program completion preferred.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to distinguish HVAC equipment.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Honest and dependable, a team player.
• Effective written and verbal communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work on-call and overtime hours.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Install and service HVAC equipment safely.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and company policies.
• Pre-measure jobs to identify materials needed.
• Load and verify equipment and maintain stock on the truck.
• Maintain the company vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Complete required paperwork before the end of the shift.
• Follow national, state, and local codes and regulations.
• Communicate job status and delays to dispatcher.
• Assist and train associates as directed by management.
