Job summary

Greenheck Group in Clearwater, FL is seeking Product Application Co-ops for January–August 2027 to gain hands-on experience across engineering, sales, and operations while supporting the Technical Support & Service team. You will analyze field feedback, develop training materials, and collaborate on product performance projects, with exposure to the full lifecycle from concept to customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing or Applied Engineering etc, Marketing, Sales or similar degree with technical aptitude).
• On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in sales processes, marketing concepts, and customer-focused solutions.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information and develop recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Support & Service team by assisting with customer inquiries, product questions, and service-related projects.
• Analyze field feedback, service data, and market information to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support product innovation through testing, technical analysis, and evaluation of opportunities to enhance product performance and functionality.
• Research, draft, and support the deployment of technical service bulletins, product submittals, and other technical resources.
• Develop training, educational, and marketing materials that communicate product features, benefits, and technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams to gain exposure to the full product lifecycle.
