Job summary
Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring HVAC Technicians to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Enjoy a 4-day work week with 3 days off, hourly pay plus commission potential, and year-round full-time work.
Top performers can earn well over $100k annually; orientation and training are provided, with no overnight shifts and flexible scheduling at many locations. We offer comprehensive benefits, a company vehicle and gas card, uniform and cleaning
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
- Journeyman HVAC License (Certification assistance may be available).
- Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects regularly.
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
- Pre-employment drug screen, background checks, and valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, service and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
- Provide high-quality customer service and professional communication.
