Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Deliver strong customer service and clear communication; demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Respond to service calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Attend manufacturer and safety training as required.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
