Job summary

Comfort Heating & Air, a Comfort Heating & Air location under American Residential Services, seeks HVAC Technicians to troubleshoot, service and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Enjoy a 4-day work week, hourly pay with commission, and year-round full-time work in a supportive network.

High performers can earn over $100k annually with paid training and a company vehicle in most locations. No overnight shifts, with flexible schedules and strong growth opportunities within ARS.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience.
• Journeyman HVAC License (Certification assistance may be available).
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid drivers license with good driving record.
