Job summary

Sloan Mechanical Services is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Sales Representative to grow our existing customer/contract base. Direct sales experience is preferred; the ideal candidate will have HVAC industry background and report to the President.

Responsibilities include pursuing PM agreements, surveying sites, estimating labor/materials, creating proposals, and nurturing client relationships across Sloan divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
• Field experience beneficial.
• Direct sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pursue Preventive Maintenance Agreements for existing leads and nurture new clients.
• Survey customer sites to identify HVAC maintenance needs.
• Assess labor/materials needed using maintenance estimating software.
• Generate Preventive Maintenance Agreement proposals for HVAC equipment.
• Follow up to ensure customers understand and sign the maintenance agreement.
