Job summary

ABM Industries in Savannah, GA is seeking a PM Technician to operate, maintain and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers and related building technologies. You will support uptime and client satisfaction while adhering to safety rules.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with afternoon shift, on-site work, and opportunities for professional growth through ABM's training programs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial/industrial).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of building systems and safety protocols.
• Ability to work at heights and operate various lifts.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Skill in using hand and power tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, instrumentation and related systems.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities.
• Respond to spills and other emergencies; perform janitorial and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist in client, site or customer emergencies as required.
