Job summary

ABM is seeking a PM Technician to operate, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, chilled water systems, boilers, and other building systems to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction.

The role offers a Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for training and career growth within a diverse and inclusive workplace.

• The PM Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and performing preventative maintenance on assigned HVAC equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in such manner as to eliminate system downtime and ensure optimal client relations.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00PM - 11:30PM
