Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Maintenance Tech to save the day for our clients in Frederick and surrounding areas by preventing problems before they happen and solving little problems before they get worse. Because of our good service, our customers know who to call for all their HVAC needs! Are you an HVAC Technician who is developing your troubleshooting superpowers? The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month. This HVAC Technician position offers a competitive salary of $50,000-$70,000/year including commissions and bonuses. We pay for 50% of our employees' health insurance in addition to offering a 401k with match, paid vacation and holidays, and quarterly company events. Qualifications For An Hvac Maintenance Tech

• Maryland HVAC apprentice license
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug testing
• When on-call, the ability to spring into action for an after-hours emergency as soon as you are signaled
