Job summary

Tremco seeks a Commercial HVAC Estimator/Preconstruction Manager to lead the technical and commercial development of PACS projects before proposals. You will partner with sales, engineering, and estimating to ensure restorations are feasible and aligned with Tremco's standards.

Responsibilities include scope development, budgeting, and early engagement with facility leaders and consultants across healthcare and institutional programs, while driving continuous improvement across preconstruction

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Programming experience (VBA, C#, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Procore, e-Builder, iAuditor, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and commercial development of PACS projects prior to proposal issuance.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and estimating to ensure feasibility and soundness.
• Develop clear AHU restoration scopes and related budgets.
• Provide complete scopes and assumptions to bridge sales and estimating.
• Engage facility leaders, consulting engineers, and national account stakeholders early.
