RPM SPG in Clearwater, FL seeks a Commercial HVAC Estimator/Preconstruction Manager to lead technical and commercial development of PACS projects before proposal issuance. You will partner with sales, engineering and estimating to ensure feasibility, sound budgets, and alignment with restoration methods.

You will develop AHU restoration scopes, prepare conceptual budgets, validate assumptions, coordinate with national accounts, and position PACS as a technical authority in HVAC restoration.

Competenze

• Mechanical engineering degree preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Programming experience with VBA and C# is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Procore, e-Builder, iAuditor preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
