Job summary

Karlarrabee in Miami seeks a Director of Preconstruction to oversee estimating and all preconstruction activities for HVAC construction projects. You will manage estimating teams and ensure alignment with company goals, developing quality assurance processes and relationships with partners.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of HVAC/MEP estimating experience.
• 3+ years leading estimating teams.
• Deep knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, IMC, and energy codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating teams and manage the full preconstruction process.
• Develop SOPs, historical cost databases, and review gates for quality assurance.
• Build relationships with GCs, vendors, and clients.

Skills
