Responsibilities

• Review specifications and drawings for project estimates.
• Solicit pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Attend pre-construction site visits to gather necessary data.
• Assist in preparing detailed estimates and proposals.
• Document estimates clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams.
• Help select contractors for projects.
• Participate in monthly project review meetings.
