Are you an experienced HVAC Estimator? We want YOU to join our team!

RJ Kielty Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled HVAC Pre-construction Estimator to join our team. As a key player in our company, youll be responsible for analyzing blueprints and project specifications to create detailed estimates and bids for HVAC system installations. You will calculate the cost of labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring all estimates are accurate and align with project specifications. Collaboration with sales teams and project managers will be critical to ensuring project feasibility and profitability.

Experience with Wrightsoft software is required to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review blueprints and project specifications in detail.
• Calculate material and labor costs for HVAC systems.
• Perform quantity takeoff and factor profit margins into pricing.
• Work closely with project managers and sales teams to ensure the accuracy of estimates and bids.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in HVAC Pre-construction Estimating ().

• Proficiency in Wrightsoft - Required
• Familiarity with Florida energy and mechanical codes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Hourly Rate: $25.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
