About This Role We're hiring experienced HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians for our Utah operations. This is a full-time field role focused on maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of building types.

What You'll Do

  • Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently and extend equipment life.
  • Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of HVAC platforms.
  • Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.
  • Keep clients and team members informed on service findings and recommended next steps.
  • Maintain thorough service records covering work completed, parts used, and system conditions.
  • Perform all work in compliance with safety standards, applicable codes, and company policy.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in an HVAC Maintenance role.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.
  • Effective communicator with solid customer service instincts.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • NATE certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with digital service tools or mobile work order platforms.
