Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration equipment maintenance and installation.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment and replacing faulty components.
• Ability to interact professionally with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair plumbing and HVAC equipment.
• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems and restroom fixtures.
