Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represents the department as a knowledgeable professional technician.
• Maintains boiler, chiller, generator, med air, sprinkler and fire systems.
• Troubleshoots and repairs lighting, receptacles, and plumbing fixtures.
• Organizes tools and material support; plans work to start promptly.
• Uses proper PPE and follows safety protocols.
