Responsibilities

• Perform routine seasonal maintenance and inspections.
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, options, and estimates.
• Keep service truck stocked, clean, and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, AC units).
• Troubleshoot and complete plumbing repairs (water heaters, pipe leaks, fixtures, drain lines, pressure issues).
• Perform routine seasonal maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding repairs, options, and estimates.
• Keep service truck stocked, clean, and organized.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial and residential HVAC service, plumbing, or dual-trade service.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (required for handling refrigerant).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - no exceptions.
• Standard trade hand tools (specialty diagnostic equipment and service vehicle provided).
• Strong troubleshooting ability and solid customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Our work can take us several hours away from our home base. Must be flexible about long days, travel, and overnight stays with short or no notice. If you have something that ties you to being home certain days or by certain times, this position is not a fit for you. Must be able to work weekends.
