Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC seeks a Senior HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager in Nashville to lead large mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.

You will mentor project engineers and crews, manage schedules, submittals, RFIs and change orders, and coordinate with GCs and Owners to ensure on-time delivery of materials and projects. A local candidate with a BS in Mechanical Engineering or construction and 4+ years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or construction.
• 4+ years in HVAC/Plumbing contracting on large commercial projects.
• Proficiency with BlueBeam, MS Project, Office and Accubid/QuickPen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project engineers and field crew.
• Find, estimate, and manage HVAC/Plumbing projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with GC's and Owners.
• Coordinate pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Manage schedules, billings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and subs.
