Job summary

Sagamore is seeking an HVAC and Plumbing Project Manager to lead projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. You will work with foremen to maximize labor efficiency while sustaining high safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organizational skills, and a track record of managing complex plumbing/mechanical systems in a construction setting, with MA code knowledge and a collaborative approach to project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in project management or field operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Establish Project Budget and Schedule of Values.
• Coordinate buyout of materials, equipment, and subcontracts to maintain budget.
• Submit monthly billings and assist with payments collection.
• Provide accurate job cost and cash flow projections.
• Provide manpower projections with the project foreman.
• Review permits, submittals, subcontracts for processing.
• Coordinate material/equipment deliveries to meet schedule.
• Attend project management meetings and site visits.
• Review change order estimates and update schedules weekly.
