Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of specialized training in technical fields.
• 3-5 years' experience in Plant Operations.
• Valid Maryland driver's license with clean record.
• First Grade Stationary Plant Engineer License (Maryland).
• Universal CFC Certification (EPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain boiler and HVAC plant equipment and monitor safety.
• Perform rounds and document readings; quality water tests.
• Keep logs and reports per policy; notify of malfunctions.
• Operate energy management systems for climate control.
• Assist with plumbing and electrical maintenance as needed.
