Job summary

Qualifications

• Work independently, as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret information on plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Perform take offs for all aspects of mechanical piping scope of work.
• Manage bids, including review of addenda, subcontractor quotes, and material/equipment quotes.
• Collaborate with in-house HVAC estimator/division manager and mechanical coordinator.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits, as necessary.
