Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manager to lead CPQ Tools & Selection Software.

You will own the roadmap, architecture, and release of CPQ and selection tools across chiller, CRAH, and fan coil wall product lines, with a focus on performance governance and data validation. You will collaborate with Engineering, CAD, and Commercial teams to ensure commercially defensible, standards-aligned outputs and to drive product launches and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or related product engineering with performance modeling/selection tools.
• 3+ years managing a small technical team and Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Own CPQ & Tool Strategy across product lines (chiller, CRAH, fan coil wall).
• Lead development, validation, and governance of performance models.
• Govern performance data lifecycle from testing to release and maintenance.
• Ensure selection outputs meet AHRI, ASHRAE, and AMCA ratings/certifications.
• Develop common selection architecture across product families.
• Establish software validation, regression testing, and version control.
