Job summary

MIH Systems Group LLC is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor in the New England area to lead parts procurement, warehouse, inventory, warranty, and technician logistics. You will ensure timely availability of parts and materials for field work and coordinate with dispatch and technicians to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in parts, warehouse, purchasing, inventory, logistics, or service operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, construction or related service-industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong purchasing, inventory control, receiving, and material management knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and multi-priority management skills.
• Able to work with field technicians, vendors, managers, and office personnel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP, field-service, inventory and purchasing systems experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage all parts ordering for service, warranty, startup, and project work.
• Review requests for completeness and ensure prompt, accurate orders.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and local suppliers.
• Track open POs, backorders, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate warehouse operations and direct warehouse staff.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock levels.
• Own warranty parts process from submission to credit or replacement.
• Work with Service and Dispatch to ensure parts availability before work.
• Coordinate deliveries and movement of equipment between warehouse, vendors, and job sites.
• Provide parts ETAs to dispatch for accurate scheduling.
