Crystal Heating and Cooling is seeking an organized HVAC Service Parts Coordinator to support the service department by keeping parts, pricing, estimates, and communication moving efficiently.

This role connects service technicians, vendors, customers, and internal team; HVAC parts knowledge and strong communication help ensure timely parts delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Parts ordering experience, with 2+ years preferred.
• HVAC or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience using inventory management software.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors, technicians, and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and changing priorities.
• Customer-focused approach to service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts needs for HVAC service technicians
• Order parts and equipment for the service department
• Contact vendors to confirm pricing and availability
• Communicate parts information and updates with field technicians
• Prepare estimates for recommended HVAC work
• Communicate with customers regarding estimates and service needs
• Track parts orders and maintain accurate information
• Process parts returns and warranty items as needed

Pay: $21-$29 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HVAC Service Parts Coordinator to support our service department by keeping parts, pricing, estimates, and communication moving efficiently.

This is an important support role connecting our service technicians, vendors, customers, and internal team. If you understand HVAC parts, communicate well, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
