Job summary

Opti Staffing partners with a local HVAC company to hire an Expeditor who keeps parts, materials, and job orders moving smoothly between the warehouse, technicians, and job sites.

Working Monday–Friday full-time, you will track orders, coordinate with vendors, pull and stage materials, communicate status to techs and PMs, and maintain accurate records. HVAC experience is a bonus but not required; pay is $19–$21/hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems under time pressure.
• Good communication skills between warehouse and field.
• Basic computer skills including inventory systems, email, and spreadsheets.
• Experience in expediting/dispatch is a plus but not required.
• HVAC industry experience is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Track and expedite orders to make sure materials arrive on time for scheduled jobs.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and warehouse staff to resolve delays or shortages.
• Pull and stage parts/materials for upcoming service and install jobs.
• Communicate with technicians and project managers on order status.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing materials.
• Assist with general warehouse support as needed.
