Job summary

Opti Staffing partners with a local HVAC company to hire an Expeditor who keeps parts, materials, and job orders moving smoothly between the warehouse, technicians, and job sites.

Working Monday–Friday full-time, you will track orders, coordinate with vendors, pull and stage materials, communicate status to techs and PMs, and maintain accurate records. HVAC experience is a bonus but not required; pay is $19–$21/hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems under time pressure.
• Good communication skills between warehouse and field.
• Basic computer skills including inventory systems, email, and spreadsheets.
• Experience in expediting/dispatch is a plus but not required.
• HVAC industry experience is a bonus but not required.

EXPEDITOR – HVAC Company Pay: $19–$21/hour | Direct Hire / Full-Time

Opti Staffing is partnering with a local HVAC company to find an organized, detail-oriented Expeditor to keep parts, materials, and job orders moving efficiently between the warehouse, techs, and job sites.

What You'll Do:

• Track and expedite orders to make sure materials arrive on time for scheduled jobs
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and warehouse staff to resolve delays or shortages
• Pull and stage parts/materials for upcoming service and install jobs
• Communicate with technicians and project managers on order status
• Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing materials
• Assist with general warehouse support as needed

What You Bring:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking and problem-solving under time pressure
• Good communication skills — you’ll be the link between the warehouse and the field
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, spreadsheets)
• Prior experience in expediting, dispatch, warehouse, or a similar coordination role is a plus, but not required
• HVAC industry experience a bonus, not a must

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Pay: $19–$21/hour, DOE
