Job summary

R.E. Michel Company is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative (Outside) to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and provide exceptional service in the Ocala, FL area. The role reports to Regional Sales Manager and demands strong knowledge of HVAC parts and supplies.

The position emphasizes strategic planning for sales calls, prompt customer service, and active industry involvement, with an expectation of maintaining high ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge or familiarity with HVACR and supplies is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Excellence by achieving targets, gross profit goals, and objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships by offering representation and support that boosts profitability.
