Job summary

Kelso Building Services in Miami, FL seeks an energetic Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial HVAC portfolio. You will prospect, meet clients, develop proposals, and close maintenance and retrofit opportunities, building long-term partnerships with facility managers and property owners.

You'll manage a dynamic pipeline, present value-driven solutions, and collaborate with service leaders to deliver cost-efficient, reliable HVAC performance. Travel across the territory required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in HVAC or facilities services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and use a CRM tool.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, visits, and referrals.
• Engage facility managers, property owners, and operations teams.
• Schedule meetings and facility assessments with prospects.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Address HVAC concerns and propose maintenance or retrofit solutions.
• Collaborate with service leaders to craft customer proposals.
• Prepare pricing, proposals, and maintenance program recommendations.
• Present solutions with cost and energy-saving benefits.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up with customers.
• Represent Kelso professionally in all interactions.
